Merry Christmas!

I wish a Merry Christmas to all my readers!

Pic 1 from the Christmas series Laura und Luis (light blue Adidas, also shirtless and wet rating 9), pic 2 from Will It Snow for Christmas?

Update: The Adventures of Skippy

I searched for hours but couldn’t identify any of the logos. Is there any good website of logos? The series was filmed in Queensland. Maybe these are local teams, kids teams, school logos, sponsor logos or even fictional teams. This episode is about one team called “Roos”. I only found Socceroos, but I think they have a different logo.

Pic 1 is my favourite. On the shirts, a team logo of a complete black horse (stallion, stud, colt) looking to the left. I couldn’t find anything like this (Australian).

On the shorts a logo like a “c”. Also not sure about that. The closest Australian brand, I found is “Classic Sportswear” with a kangaroo inside the c. Or is it Gatorade as sponsor. Or a “Q” for Queensland. I also found a logo with a ball inside a c. A similar logo is “Champion” (USA). One shirt of a spectator has “Colometa”, maybe a sponsor? Update: Compared to other pics, I beliefe that the c is in fact a Q with a ball inside. But still can’t identify the brand.

2 new pics. Pic 2 showing a logo with a ball on top of a wave. Wave with 3 stripes. Pic 3  a different logo. Maybe a fish or dolphin? Sorry, no better pics. Any help is appreciated. Main entry, rating 9

Unknown 13 = Stuttgarter Hymnus-Chorknaben 1987 documentary

Finally found! It’s a 1987 documentary about a boys’ choir in Stuttgart, obviously the Stuttgarter Hymnus-Chorknaben. Aired/produced in 1987 on SDR (Süddeutscher Rundfunk) but must have been aired/rebroadcasted later, maybe late 80s or early 90s. I haven’t found the original tape. Produced by Hans-Peter Birke, editor Peter Konzelmann.

A rather short Soccer scene. Also white and/or beige shiny shorts like the yellow ones. Also dark blue Adidas shorts, but probably of cotton fabric. Also blue, red and other colors. No other scenes of interest, at least not on my clip.

I don’t have the beginning, so not sure about the correct title.

Comment: I found this single snapshot on my old PC. Digitized in June 2004. According to the haircut and 70s style of the yellow shorts, this is probably either a late 70s or early 80s movie (or series). And maybe American? Looks like they’re going to play Baseball? Are they carrying gloves? Or bags, maybe for swimming? The left one looks more like a hat, maybe for riding? Somehow the other boys, the white hat and the striped shirt look quite modern and more European, maybe German?

Sorry, I currently can’t say anything more, yet. No broadcaster’s logo. Probably a VHS recording, aired/rebroadcasted in the early 90s (can’t be before 1988).

Rating 8-9 for now. Can anybody help? Found.

Update: Respiro (2002)

I still hadn’t the time to check the complete DVD at slow speed, but checked many scenes including the making-of.

There’s also 12 yo Filippo Pucillo as younger brother of Pasquale in shiny white (or cream) and also yellow shorts. Scene at 45 minutes.

In the fighting scene at 36 minutes there is also at least one younger boy in green shiny shorts (with a white stripe) and as announced one or two in beige shorts. One with a red stripe and leg boarders. The light blue one with a dark blue stripe and also Filippo’s and maybe the light grey and dark blue ones are maybe the same brand. Also one or two in black. Some shorts are not shiny including light red and  jeans shorts. Many shorts of the older teen boys are longer (dark blue, black, yellow) than those of the younger boys.

Main entry, still rating 9 at

Comment: Several, mainly teen boys including Francesco Casisa (pics 1+2) and men in shorts, mainly shirtless. Also other interesting scenes and clothes including speedos, underwear and even less.

How on Earth could I forgot this masterpiece? I even own it on DVD for several years. Perfect movie, rating 10. For shorts rating 9-10 for now. I have to recheck the complete movie at slow speed, including the long making of, for more perfect scenes and all colors.

Most notable, of cource, main character Pasquale. Half of the time in shorts, most often in the light blue ones (a bit ripped at the side), and most often shirtless. Also in light red and dark blue shorts but not or not that shiny.

Shirtless in light blue shorts also sitting at the beginning. Oversized yellow shorts later. Pics 3+4 showing a fighting scene at 36 minutes with many (older) teen boys. Very interesting are the medium blue shorts. (Almost) 70s style. Many teen boys and men also shirtless in shorts at the end but mainly from a distance. One younger boy in beige or yellow shorts (coming soon) and some more in white, yellow and blue ones.

Even better are the (wet) speedo and underwear scenes. Undressing the shorts for swimming in the sea (light blue speedo or underwear/briefs underneath). But this blog is about shiny shorts.

Also on my bedroom blog (rating 6).

As said rating 9-10 for now. I prefer Adidas, 70s and 80s setting and younger actors.

Update: also 12 yo Filippo in white and yellow shorts. Also green, beige and black ones in he fighting scene.

Comment: Some few boys and girls in shiny (Adidas) shorts.

Pic 1 showing Stefan in dark blue Adidas shorts (stripes not splitted) and a girl in black shorts (no stripes). 1991 episode 4, song “Hit Kids sind sportlich”. I remember also boy Torben as a boxer (but not very handsome).

Pic 2 showing one of the 2 brothers of a band called Ketch-up (Dominik & Matthias), maybe showing Dominik. This song called “Sie ißt nur Müsli” (She Drives Me Crazy, FYC cover).

I think both also in shiny, dark blue Adidas shorts, but I haven found pics or clips yet. Does anybody has pics? Maybe in a different show, probably in the German version of “Mini Stars” (host Matthias Krings) also shown in Li-La-Launebär. Song “Eins Zu Null (Hangin’ Tough)” (New Kids on the Block cover).

Very handsome boys, nice mullet haircut, also very good songs (high pitched voices).

Rating 3 for Torben, rating 5-6 for Stefan and rating 9-10 for Ketch-up.

Update: The Adventures of Skippy

I now have checked (almost) all episodes and found another great episode of boys running, wearing track shorts (looking like swim shorts) pic 1 in s1e20. White, black, light blue and colorful (purple, yellow black striped). Almost as good as the previous post.

Some shirtless in swim shorts and/or board shorts in the long episode “Skippy The Movie” (unknown episode #, obviously a special or pilot). One boy in light blue swim shorts and at least one older teen boy in black shorts (rear views only). Probably some more. Also some shirtless and wet like 10 yo main character Simon James as mentioned in s1e22.

Main entry (Soccer) still rating “only” 9 at

Comment: Some Soccer boys in shiny orange shorts with white parts, the home team in dark blue, probably not shiny shorts (also sitting and at least the main character shirtless),  a team in yellow shiny shorts, other team in black or dark blue shorts, some in other shorts including red and some more but mainly not shiny.

Also black swim shorts or board shorts (wet) and lifguard (men) in red shorts. Also lifesaver boys in speedos and caps (in s1e22). All pics from s1e26. A girl in yellow shorts but probably not shiny. Probably also women. I haven’t checked all episodes. Probably some more shorts scenes.

After finding “Secret Valley”, I also checked some more Australian series and so found this. I used to watched this on TV. Also a nice bunk bed (brother+sister) and some others, soon on my bedroom blog, rating 7. And Cowboy / ranch scenes.

I like orange shorts. Some handsome actors. Yellow isn’t bad either. Rating 9-10 for now.

The 1967 series is also very good, but no shiny shorts. Rating 6 on my bedroom blog.

Update: I now have checked (almost) all episode. Some more, very good scenes (track shorts, swim shorts), new tags: white, blue. Still rating 9.

Comment: Some boys in swim shorts but mainly board shorts, some in Adidas. Most also shirtless. Also women and men in shiny shorts. Almost rating 10. Pics from yesterdays’s episode 3.

(Almost) perfect scenes. One chubby boy around 9 or 10 yo shirtless in shiny, white (modern) Adidas swim or Basketball shorts, also close-ups but I think underwear underneath. One boy in neon green board shorts, one blonde boy in short light blue shorts, one very handsome 9 yo boy in longer medium blue board shorts, some in colorful board shorts. Some boys lying in the water on their stomachs. One boy fixing his parts for some seconds in pic 3 (Mediathek part 4). Best scenes, pics 1+2 in part 2. Many sitting scenes but with shirts.

Some few women in shiny short shorts but mainly or only in the background. Earlier and upcoming episodes needs to be checked. One older 17 yo teen boy in board shorts but with a shirt.

Currently rating 9, as I prefer US actors and shorter, 70s and 80s style shorts.

Update: Ep 3 was the best. Ep 1+2 still unknown. Quite good sorts in ep 6 (rating 6) also yellow.
